1. 30-Day Active Utilization Audit: Our internal SSO and admin login audit shows 32 active users out of 50 currently licensed seats (64% seat utilization, leaving 18 provisioned seats unused).
2. Renewal Order Form Rightsizing: Pursuant to our renewal terms, we are formally reducing our renewal seat quantity from 50 seats to 34 active seats for the upcoming term, and we do not authorize auto-renewal at the prior 50-seat tier.
3. Per-Seat Rate Alignment: SaaS vendors frequently attempt to penalize seat reductions by revoking volume tier discounts.
