YOUR INFORMATION

Contact privacy

OnBits.net is operated by e4e5 LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE #11790, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

What the contact form saves

We save the name, email address, product, subject, message and optional website you submit, together with a ticket reference and timestamps. Our team may add private notes and a status while handling your enquiry.

How it is used

We use this information to answer your questions, provide support and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Access and notifications

Ticket contents are available only after administrator sign-in. Internal email notifications contain the ticket reference and a link to the protected dashboard. Email delivery, when enabled, uses Amazon Simple Email Service. Our hosting and network providers process requests to operate and protect this website.

Cookies and retention

The form uses an essential, temporary cookie to protect submissions and prevent duplicates. Request addresses are used temporarily for rate limiting. We keep enquiry records while needed to respond and maintain relevant business records, and review them for deletion when no longer needed.

Questions or deletion requests

Use our contact form and include your ticket reference if you have one. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
