- Export your sheet from Excel, Google Sheets, AppFolio, or HubSpot as 'CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited)' so accented names render cleanly.
- Include a unique identifier column (like recipient_id, unit_number, or vendor_id) to guarantee unique output filenames in your ZIP archive.
