Test your longest company names, multi-line addresses, and checkbox values using a 5-row preview run before executing the full 250-row batch.
- Check the longest text row in your CSV to ensure text does not clip inside narrow PDF boxes (enable auto-size font in your PDF field properties if needed).
- For PDF checkboxes, use truthy CSV values ('true', 'yes', '1', or 'X') to check the box and empty or 'false' to leave it unchecked.
- Confirm that zero network requests upload your PDF or CSV—all field merging happens inside your local browser tab.
