Payment / Form Integration: Stripe Checkout or primary enquiry form completes end-to-end sandbox/live verification.
Responsive Layout & Strict Markup: Core pages render cleanly on desktop and mobile viewports with zero console errors.
Repository & Deployment Handoff: Tagged release commit and environment configuration documentation are delivered.

3. Defect Remediation vs. Change-Order Rules

Covered Under 14-Day Bug Warranty ($0): Reproducible crashes, HTTP 500 errors, or broken logic that directly contradicts the written Statement of Work acceptance checklist above.
Requires Paid Change Order (/scopepilot/change-order): New UI fields, additional third-party API integrations, copy/design revisions after Milestone 1 sign-off, or schema changes requested during UAT.
5-Business-Day Deemed Acceptance Clause: If Client does not deliver a written list of reproducible Severity-1/2 defects within 5 business days of delivery, the milestone is contractually deemed accepted and the $4,800 milestone invoice becomes immediately due.

New features, layout changes, or out-of-scope enhancements identified during review can be queued via a separate Change Order.

3. Formal Sign-Off & Milestone Payment Release ($4,800):
Please reply "APPROVED" to this email (or complete the milestone payment of $4,800) within 5 business days to release final production credentials and trigger the next phase. Under our SOW terms, if no written Severity-1/2 defect report is received within 5 business days, this milestone is automatically deemed accepted.
